The Rome Braves fell to the Greensboro Grasshoppers 2-0 on Tuesday night in the opener of a six-game set at State Mutual Stadium. Greensboro secured the win on a two-run homer by Aaron Shackleford during the ninth inning off of Justin Yeager, who took the loss. The teams will meet again this evening; first pitch is slated for 7 pm.
