ATLANTA BRAVES CONTINUE HOMESTAND WITH THREE-GAME SET VERSUS CINCINNATI REDS AT TRUIST PARK

The Atlanta Braves were off Monday and will continue their current six game homestand tonight with the first of three games versus the Cincinnati Reds at Truist Park. Drew Smyly will be the starting pitcher for Atlanta, while Sonny Gray will head to the mound for Cincinnati. First pitch is slated for 7:20 pm. The Braves opened this homestand by taking two out of three games from the Washington Nationals over the weekend to include a 5-4 victory in the series finale on Sunday.

Atlanta is now 57-55 on the 2021 season and in second place of the National League East, two games back from the division-leading Philadelphia Phillies. Cincinnati is 61-52 and in the second place of the NL Central, five and a half games behind the first place Milwaukee Brewers.
