(Floyd County media release):
Beginning Monday, August 23, 2021, Floyd County Public Works will close the intersection of 2nd Street and Avenue C in the Shannon Village to repair a failed cross drain. Detours will be all streets surrounding work zone, including 1stStreet, Avenue B, Avenue D, and 3rd Street. Work is expected to be complete by Thursday, August 26, 2021.
