Floyd County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) seeks volunteers to serve as advocates for children in foster care. Virtual training is scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 16th, asserts Lynne Barton, Recruitment and Training Coordinator.
Volunteers must be at least 21 years old, be able to pass a background check, and have a heart for children, says Barton.
