ATLANTA BRAVES BACK TO WORK VERSUS COLORADO ROCKIES AT TRUIST PARK

The Atlanta Braves had an off-day on Monday and will wrap up their current nine game homestand with a three-game series against the Colorado Rockies tonight through Thursday at Truist Park. Touki Toussaint will be the starting pitcher for Atlanta in tonight’s opener, while Jon Gray will head to the mound for Colorado. The first pitch is set for 7:20 pm. The game will be broadcast on WLAQ 1410 AM and 96.9 FM; air time is 6:05 pm by the Atlanta Braves Radio Network.

Atlanta most recently completed a three-game weekend set versus the Miami Marlins with a 5-3 victory in the finale on Sunday; that allowed the Braves to take the National League East series 2-1.

The Braves are now 76-66 on the 2021 season and lead the National League East by four and one-half games over the second place Philadelphia Phillies (who were also off Monday) and by five and a half games over the third place New York Mets.
