ROME INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL PRESENTS TO THE ROME ROTARY CLUB

Rome International Film Festival (RIFF) Executive Director, Seth Ingram, and Board President, Mark Van Leuven, addressed attendees of Rome Rotary Club on Thursday about the upcoming festival in downtown Rome, November 11-14,2021.

Ingram, humanities division chair for Georgia Highlands College, provided an overview of the scope of RIFF; boasting innovative films and filmmaker guests from all over the globe, professional networking opportunities for film industry professionals and film enthusiasts, as well as the impact of cultural tourism and industry development in Georgia.

Ingram also plugged RIFF’s upcoming event that will kickoff Fiddlin’ Fest on October 8. PAM Studios will sponsor the event as Rome welcomes an evening with Verlon Thompson, complete with a live performance and an intimate screening of Thompson’s musical memoir, “Sweet Dreams Do Come True,” directed by Brent Simonds.
