BRAVES TO HOST BREWERS IN GAME THREE OF NLDS; SERIES IS NOW TIED AT 1-1

The Atlanta Braves will continue their run in the MLB postseason as hosts to the Milwaukee Brewers this afternoon in game three of their National League Division Series. First pitch is slated for 1:07 pm at Truist Park. Ian Anderson will serve as the starting pitcher for Atlanta, while Freddy Peralta will head to the mound for Milwaukee.

Atlanta tied the best-of-five series at 1-1 with a 3-0 shutout victory in Game Two on Saturday evening in Milwaukee. Highlights included a solo homerun from Austin Riley during the top of the sixth inning.

Max Fried picked up the win for the NL East-champion Braves after giving up just three hits, walking none, and striking out nine in six scoreless innings. Will Smith got the save. Brandon Woodruff took the loss for the NL Central-champion Brewers.
