Fall break is over which means basketball season is right around the corner. Registration is now open for the winter season, and Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation is hosting a special registration day at our headquarters at 1 Shorter Ave. on Saturday, Oct. 30 from noon to 4 p.m.
