ATLANTA BRAVES IN HOUSTON TO FACE ASTROS IN GAME SIX OF THE 2021 WORLD SERIES TONIGHT

The Atlanta Braves will take on the Houston Astros in Game Six of the 2021 World Series tonight in Houston, TX. Max Fried will be the starting pitcher for Atlanta, while Luis Garcia will head to the mound for Houston. The first pitch is scheduled for 8:09 pm at Minute Maid Park. Listen on WLAQ 1410 AM or 96.9 FM; the broadcast from ESPN Radio will begin at 7 pm.

The Braves’ hopes of taking the best-of-seven series on their home field were dashed on Sunday evening as they fell to the Astros by a final score of 9-5 in Game Five at Truist Park in Atlanta. The loss was in spite of a grand slam by Adam Duvall in the bottom of the first inning and a tie-breaking solo shot by Freddie Freeman in the third.

Houston emerged victorious in that outing, though Atlanta maintains the lead in the series by 3-2. The Braves seek their first World Series title since 1995.
