ATLANTA HAWKS OPEN HOMESTAND WITH VICTORY OVER THE MILWAUKEE BUCKS

The Atlanta Hawks defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 120-100 in NBA action at the State Farm Arena on Sunday night. That allowed the Hawks to snap a six-game losing skid.

Trae Young led the charge with a game-high 42 points along with 10 assists. John Collins scored 19 points, while Clint Capela contributed 12 points and 13 rebounds. They were among five Atlanta players to score into the double digits.

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored a game-high 26 points for the Bucks.

The Hawks improved to 5-9 on the 2021-22 regular season. They’ll continue their current five-game homestand with an outing against the Orlando Magic this evening. Tip off is set for 7:30 pm. Television coverage will be provided by Bally Sports Southeast.
