Two high school football teams from Northwest Georgia are heading to the semifinal round of the GHSA’s state playoffs this Friday night. In Class 5A, Calhoun will host Blessed Trinity. Cedartown will be on the road to take on Carver, Columbus in Class 4A’s Final Four. Each local team hopes to vy for a state title next weekend.
