BRIGHTER BIRTHDAYS SEEKS CONTRIBUTIONS TO TOY CHEST AT RESTORATION ROME KIDS IN NEED AT CHRISTMAS (AND THEIR BIRTHDAYS!)

Local non-profit organization Brighter Birthdays seeks contributions to their toy chest at Restoration Rome, 1400 Crane Street. Cristin Warden, founder, indicates that the toys will be distributed to families in need at Christmas and for birthdays. Items for older children are especially needed.

Warden adds that the toy chest benefits children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers, served by Restoration Rome, another local non-profit organization that serves as a hub for foster, adoption, family, and community services.

Financial contributions are also accepted towards the toy chest, adds Warden. They may be made online at www.brighterbirthdays.com or by using the link on the Brighter Birthdays Facebook page.

The primary goal of Brighter Birthdays, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is to brighten the birthdays of underresourced children around Rome/Floyd County. This mission is accomplished via the distribution of backpacks filled with party supplies, treats, crafts, toys, and basic living essentials.
