VISIT CAVE SPRING THIS HOLIDAY SEASON FOR UNIQUE GIFTS, SOUTHERN CHARM, AND RICH HISTORY

Are you in a mad dash to wrap up your Christmas shopping? Dash down to Cave Spring for unique gift ideas and Southern charm. This is the message of Larry Dolan, Executive Director of the Cave Spring Downtown Development Authority, who says that Cave Spring is Northwest Georgia’s best kept secret – but won’t be for much longer. The city was listed back in the Spring among Explore Georgia’s “Nine Small Towns Dripping with Georgia Charm”.

In addition to shops and restaurants, Cave Spring offers a wealth of history. Dolan indicates that structures built before the Civil War in that community are still standing.

The Welcome Center is a great hub for visitors to Cave Spring, says Dolan. It is open during the weekends throughout the winter (although you may want to inquire in advance about holiday hours).

Dolan encourages the public to visit www.cavespringga.com for more details on upcoming events and local history. Coming attractions include the return of the Cave Spring Polar Plunge on January 1st.
