A high temperature of 78 on Saturday was followed by a mixture of rain and snow early this morning here in Rome. The National Weather Service posted a Winter Weather Advisory that remains in place through 9 am this morning, and a Wind Advisory is in effect through 12 pm. Temperatures have remained above freezing.
