The Rome-Floyd Recycling Center, 412 Lavender Drive, will host its first Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics Recycling Event for 2022 this Saturday, January 15th from 9 am until 3 pm.
Hannah Bagley, Director of Keep Rome-Floyd Beautiful, urges the public to make appointments in advance by calling the center at (706) 291-5266. That will help the event run much smoother.
Bagley expects a high turnout for this event as locals clean out their closets to make way for gifts they received at Christmas.
Floyd County residents may also make an appointment for this event online at www.floydcountyga.gov.
