ATLANTA HAWKS FALL TO MIAMI HEAT AT STATE FARM ARENA

The Atlanta Hawks were defeated by the Miami Heat 115-91 in a match-up between rivals in the Southeast Division of the NBA’s Eastern Conference on Wednesday night at State Farm Arena. That was the third straight loss for the Hawks, who fell to 17-23 on their 21-22 regular season.

John Collins led Atlanta in scoring with 16 points; he also had 11 rebounds. Trae Young, Bogdan Bogdanovic, and De’Andre Hunter contributed 15 points apiece.

Tyler Herro scored a game-high 21 points and had 11 assists off the bench for the division-leading Heat, who improved to 26-15.

The Hawks and the Heat will meet again this Friday evening down in Miami, Florida. Tip off is scheduled for 8 pm.
