ROME-FLOYD CHAMBER SCHEDULES HEALTHCARE AND FIRST RESPONDER JOB FAIR FOR FEBRUARY 2ND

Are you seeking a new or better job? The Rome Floyd Chamber is slated to host a job fair on Wednesday, February 2nd from 10 am to 2 pm on the Floyd County campus of Georgia Northwestern Technical College (in the Building H Conference Center).

The focus of this particular job fair will be healthcare and first responders, as indicated by Pam Powers-Smith, President and CEO of the Chamber.

Powers-Smith hopes that GNTC’s nursing students will apply for the jobs that will be available.

Maintenance and clerical jobs will be available to individuals not interested in administering healthcare, adds Powers-Smith.

For additional information about the job fair, visit the Rome-Floyd Chamber’s website at www.romega.com or call (706) 291-7663.

The Chamber’s Operation Gift Card is set to return on Friday, February 4th at 2 pm. Powers-Smith encourages those who intend to participate to check out the website and social media outlets to obtain helpful tricks.
