The Rome City Commission will meet in regular session today at City Hall (or City Auditorium) on Broad Street. They’ll gather for a caucus at 4 pm in the Sam King Room; it will be followed by their regular meeting at 6:30 pm in the Commission Chambers.
Commissioner Craig McDaniel, who served as Rome’s Mayor in 2021, states that the Commission is a diverse group of individuals with a common goal to serve the people of Rome. He asserts his support of Sundai Stevenson as the new Mayor, a post to which she was elected by her peers in January.
