HAWKS TOP CAVS, TAKE 2-1 LEAD IN SEASON SERIES

The Atlanta Hawks defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 124-116 in NBA action at State Farm Arena on Tuesday night. That snapped a two-game losing skid for the Hawks, who also took a 2-1 lead in the four-game season set between the teams.

Trae Young led the charge with a game-high 41 points. Danilo Gallinari had 25 points.

The Hawks will return to action tonight down in Orlando, FL with an outing versus the Magic. Tip off is scheduled for 7 pm. Television coverage will be provided by Bally Sports Southeast.
