WLAQ 1410 AM/96.9 FM continues the countdown to Opening Day of the 2021 World Series champion Atlanta Braves’ 2022 season. The Braves will open their regular season on Thursday, April 7th on their home field at Truist Park in Atlanta versus the Cincinnati Reds.
Ben Ingram, play by play announcer for the Braves Radio Network, is happy that Eddie Rosario, MVP of the 2021 National League Championship Series, has been re-signed by Atlanta. He was an integral part of the team’s success late last year after being acquired from Cleveland prior to the Trade Deadline. Ingram attests that Rosario is a versatile player.
