The Rome Police Department welcomed a new officer and promoted another on Tuesday during a pinning ceremony in the Municipal Court Room at the downtown Law Enforcement Center. Officer Logan Wilkey officially joined the squad, and PFC Zachary Colvin was promoted to the rank of Sergeant, as shared on the RPD’s Facebook page.
