FLOYD COUNTY PUBLIC ANIMAL WELFARE SERVICES (PAWS) SEEKS VOLUNTEERS AND ADOPTERS

Floyd County Public Animal Welfare Services (PAWS) is currently in search of adopters and volunteers.

Jeff Mitchell, Director, indicates that as of Friday, around 420 animals were being housed at the shelter. Volunteers are sought to care for them while they are at the shelter. Adopters are needed to give them a good home.

Monetary donations are also sought; these are used for transport of animals up North for adoption.
