AMERICAN RED CROSS PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO KENTUCKY FLOOD VICTIMS, PREPARES FOR PEAK MONTHS OF HURRICANE SEASON

Volunteers with American Red Cross have been extending a helping hand to flood victims in Kentucky, including a handful of volunteers from Northwest Georgia.

Flood damage has been devastating, asserts Carla Maton, Executive Director of the NWGA chapter. Donations are currently being accepted to assist with Red Cross relief efforts.

The NWGA chapter is now working with government partners to prepare for the peak months of hurricane season, attests Maton.
