Ford, Gittings & Kane Jewelers, located at 312 Broad Street in Rome, is once again offering shoppers an opportunity to accessorize and support non-profits at the very same time through the annual Kickback to the Community event, which begins today.
Bidding in this auction of fine jewelry to benefit local 501(c)(3) charities will end promptly at 2 pm on Saturday, August 20th. Bid cards are $10 apiece and are available at the store and through participating charities; it will be a direct donation to the charity of the bidder’s choice. Starting bids are 50 percent off the regular price, and the buy-it-now price is 25 percent off. Ten percent of all purchases will benefit charities.
Last year’s Kickback to the Community raised a record-breaking amount of money for local non-profits, asserts FGK’s Jan Ferguson, who hopes for even greater success this year.
Ferguson asserts that even churches may benefit from the auction. For more details, visit the store, call (706) 291-8811, and/or search for Ford, Gittings & Kane Jewelers on social media.
