The Floyd County Board of Elections and Registration will hold a Special Called Meeting on Tuesday, August 16th at 5:30 pm at the county’s Election Center, located at 18 East 12th Street, Rome.
The purpose of the special called meeting is for a public hearing to discuss the move of the North Carolina precinct from Coosa Middle School to Pisgah Baptist Church, located at 5603 Alabama Highway, Rome. The meeting is open to the public.
The public hearing will be sandwiched between a caucus at 5 pm and a 6 pm board meeting at the Election Center.
