The Rome City Commission will meet in regular session this evening at City Hall (City Auditorium) on Broad Street. The meeting is slated for 6:30 pm. It will be preceded by a caucus that will include a United Way Tour and Update at the New Facility Located at 1304 North Broad Street. The tour will depart from City Hall by 4:15 p.m. and will head back over to the Sam King Room afterwards. The Floyd County Board of Commissioners will meet Tuesday at the county’s Administration Building on East 4th Avenue in downtown Rome. Caucus will be held at 4 pm in the Caucus Room (Suite 204); that will be followed by the meeting at 6 pm in the Community Room (Suite 206). View their agenda for the evening at www.floydcountyga.gov.
