Communities in Schools of Rome and Floyd County is back in the classroom after a two-year hiatus due to coronavirus.
Gregory Wooten, Executive Director, attests that he is excited to resume CIS’ mentor/volunteer program at local schools during the 2022-23 school year.
New mentors and volunteers are currently sought by the organization to help students stay in school and succeed in life, states Wooten, who adds that their training schedule is flexible.
