HEYMAN HOSPICE CARE TO HOLD MEMORIAL SERVICE ON OCTOBER 25TH

(Media release from Atrium Health Floyd):

A candlelight memorial service honoring patients and families served by Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center Heyman Hospice Care will take place at 6 p.m. Oct. 25. The event will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 911 N. Broad St.

The service will include a reading of the names of loved ones who have passed away during the past year and special music.

“We are excited to offer this service in-person again,” said Casey Blankenship, Program Director of Heyman Hospice Care. “Unfortunately, COVID limited what we could do in 2020 and 20121. My hope is family members will benefit from the connection with others and our staff and volunteers.”

Parking will be available behind the church. For more information, call 706-509-3200. No reservations are required but seating is limited.
