HABITAT FOR HUMANITY – COOSA VALLEY SEEKS VOLUNTEERS – EVEN THOSE WHO ARE NOT HANDY WITH A HAMMER!

Work continues on Habitat for Humanity – Coosa Valley’s 58th and 59th home builds. Volunteers are sought to assist on Saturdays with the builds in Floyd County, which are slated for completion just in time for Christmas, according to Betsy Allgood, Executive Director.

Upon completion of those homes, work will begin on Habitat’s 60th build over in Polk County, adds Allgood.

Even those who are not handy with a hammer are encouraged by Allgood to volunteer with Habitat. Opportunities are available on home builds, as well as at the Habitat ReStore.
