Communities in Schools of Rome and Floyd County is in full swing with its mentor/volunteer program for the 2022-2023 school year. Gregory Wooten, Executive Director, asserts that these schools are appreciative of individuals who are willing to invest their time and resources into the growth of students. Training is currently available to those interested in serving as a mentor or as a volunteer.
Wooten adds that making a difference in a student’s life is a good New Year’s resolution for 2023.
