The Georgia Tech men’s basketball team improved to 3-0 on the 2022-2023 season with a 68-50 win over Northern Illinois on Thursday night in Atlanta.
Four of Tech’s players scored into the double digits; they were led by Ja’Von Franklin with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Zarique Nutter scored a game-high 18 points for NI.
The Yellow Jackets will return to action versus Utah in the Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off on Monday evening at 6 pm. The game will be broadcast on WLAQ 1410 AM/96.9 FM; airtime is 5:30 pm by the Georgia Tech Sports Network from Legends Sports.
