ATLANTA HAWKS SNAP LOSING SKID WITH OVERTIME WIN OVER CHICAGO BULLS AT STATE FARM ARENA

The Atlanta Hawks beat the Chicago Bulls 123-122 in overtime on Sunday in NBA action at the State Farm Arena. It allowed Atlanta to snap a three-game losing skid.

Rookie AJ Griffin delivered the winning shot at the buzzer for the Hawks; he finished with a total of 17 points. Bogdan Bogdanovic scored a team-high 28 points off the bench. Trae Young had 19 points and 14 rebounds.

DeMar DeRozan led all players in scoring with 34 points on the night for the Bulls.

The Hawks improved to 14-13 on their 2022-2023 regular season. They will begin a three-game road trip tonight with a match in Memphis, TN versus the Grizzlies. Tip off is scheduled for 8 pm Eastern.
