POST-CHRISTMAS SNOW TO BE FOLLOWED BY WARMER TEMPS AS WE HEAD INTO THE NEW YEAR

Northwest Georgia residents did not realize the dream of a white Christmas this year, but they did enjoy a dusting of snow on the night after Christmas. Snow that fell this past Monday night is mostly gone, but left lasting holiday memories for many.

Temperatures will continue to rise as we wrap up the year 2022, according to the National Weather Service. There is a chance for showers as we head into the final weekend of this year. Partly sunny skies and highs in the upper 60s are predicted for New Years Day 2023.
