The Junior Service League of Rome invites talented individuals from Rome and Floyd County to ‘Come Sail Away’ and participate in the 2023 Follies, set for February 3rd and 4th at the Rome City Auditorium.
A Follies Kick Off Party is scheduled for this Sunday, January 15th at 4 pm at Restoration Rome, 1400 Crane Street. Megan Otwell, Co-Chair, encourages any local who wants to be on stage or back stage at Follies to attend the Kick Off to get more information.
This year’s theme is ‘Come Sail Away’. The show tells the story of two very different cruise lines, enthuses Otwell, who adds that participants and viewers are sure to laugh.
If you can’t sing or dance, purchase a ticket and just enjoy the show! Otwell says that all proceeds from Follies will go back into the community.
