HAWKS SNAP LOSING SKID WITH WIN AT OKC OVER THUNDER

The Atlanta Hawks snapped a two-game losing skid with a 137-132 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday night at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Trae Young, an OK native, led the charge with 33 points and 11 assists. All five of Atlanta’s starters scored into the double digits.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had a game-high 36 points for the Thunder. Jalen Williams scored 24 points.

The Hawks are again above .500 with a record of 25-24 for the 2022-2023 regular season. They will return to their home court at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta as hosts to the LA Clippers on Saturday night; tip off is scheduled for 7:30 pm.
