In case you missed it on WLAQ 1410 AM/96.9 FM –

Georgia Tech’s men’s basketball team beat Syracuse 96-76 in an ACC match up in Syracuse, NY on Tuesday evening, which allowed the Yellow Jackets to avenge a loss to the Orange earlier this season.

The Jackets set a program record with 18 3-pointers.

Miles Kelly reached a career-high with a game-high 30 points; he was among four GT players to score into the double digits. Ja’Von Franklin had a triple-double with 14 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists.

The Jackets improved to 13-17 overall and 5-14 in the ACC. They will wrap up the 2022-23 regular season with a match at Boston College on Saturday at 2:30 pm. The game will not be broadcast on WLAQ as the station will have coverage of Spring Training baseball from the Atlanta Braves Radio Network at that time.
