The Rome Area Council for the Arts will host their annual Firefly Fling on Friday, April 14th at 7 pm at Rotary Plaza behind the Forum River Center in downtown Rome.
Lulie Ebaugh, Executive Director, enthuses that this year’s theme is pop art. Firefly Fling is RACA’s major fundraising event of the year.
Local artists will, of course, be on hand for this celebration of art, according to Ebaugh.
Event proceeds will fund grants and artistic endeavors in the community, says Ebaugh.
Attendees of Firefly Fling will enjoy cocktails and wines, a picnic dinner, and live entertainment by Kindred Fire. There will also be a silent auction.
Tickets may be purchased online at www.romearts.org at the cost of $100 for general admission and $150 for host committee tickets.
