The Rome Braves were handed their first loss of the 2023 season on Tuesday night by the Bowling Green Hot Rods by a final score of 7-3 in the opener of a six-game set in Bowling Green, KY. Rome is now 2-1, and Bowling Green is 2-0. The teams will meet again today at 12:05 pm.
The Braves will return to their home field in Rome next Tuesday evening as hosts to Hudson Valley.
