The Mission ISPossible Foundation invites families of children with special needs to attend the Shining Stars Open House/Sign-Ups set for Sunday, May 7th from 1 pm to 3 pm at Hot Shots Cheerleading, located at 181 Iron Street in Rome.
Shining Stars is a cheerleading program for athletes with different abilities, as indicated by MIP’s Grant Magness, who adds that the Open House event will provide an opportunity for the public to learn more about the program.
MIP volunteer Frank Liker, the team’s mascot, attests that kids with different abilities are capable of accomplishing great things.
