(From the City of Rome, GA):
The Rome Downtown Development Authority will reinstate the 3-Hour on-street parking limit on Monday, May 1st as a downtown parking study comes to an end.
The goal of this parking study was to track consumer behavior and spending trends. The DDA would like to thank the downtown businesses and consumers for their cooperation during the past two months. Through this in-house study, imperative data was gathered at no extra cost. There will be no immediate changes to the current parking regulations following this study; however, the results from this study will help the DDA navigate future planning decisions for parking.
