Today’s twin bill will conclude a three-game set that began on Monday night with a Braves loss to the Tigers by 6-5 over 10 innings. The National League East-leading Braves are now 40-26 on the ’23 regular season, while the Tigers are 27-37 and next-to-last in the American League Central.

Upon the conclusion of their series in Detroit, the Braves will return to their home field at Truist Park in Atlanta for a four-game set against the Colorado Rockies from Thursday night through Sunday.
