She also dedicated her time coaching basketball and competition cheer at both middle and high school levels.

Prior to making the transition into the education field, Brumbelow served as the Communications Manager with the NBA’s Orlando Magic. Brumbelow began her career at the University of Georgia where she worked in the sports media relations department for five years, both as a student and as a full-time Graduate Assistant. In this role, she was the primary media contact for three Olympic sports, including softball, volleyball and women’s basketball, while also overseeing media needs for the football program.

Following her graduation from Pepperell High School, she attended the University of Georgia. While in Athens, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in sport management and communications, and her master’s degree in administration.

Brumbelow resides in Rome with her husband, Brad Brumbelow, and her two daughters, Harper and Sutton.
