CAVE SPRING TO CELEBRATE INDEPENDENCE DAY WITH PARADE ON TUESDAY MORNING, ALONG WITH PAGEANTS, MUSIC, AND FIREWORKS THIS SATURDAY

The 39th annual Cave Spring 4th of July Parade is set for Tuesday morning at 9 am.

Participants should line up between 8 am to 8:45 am. Wheeled vehicles line up on Perry Farm Road. Walkers gather at Cave Spring Outdoor Equipment at the Old Depot on Alabama Street. Spectators are encouraged to watch the parade at the Town Square and up Alabama Street.

Organizer Christa Jackson refers to the parade as a ‘true slice of Americana’ that has spanned generations. Those in attendance will have opportunities to enjoy lemonade and homemade ice cream (at a nominal cost).

Cave Spring’s Liberty Day celebration will take place on Saturday and will feature a sip and stroll, pageants, live music, and fireworks at the end of the night. Jackson enthuses that the fireworks display may be viewed throughout downtown Cave Spring.
