Floyd County Public Works will restrict traffic to Mark Groves Road on Wednesday September 13 while a cross drain is installed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Local traffic should expect delays while installation is ongoing. Public Works requests that only local traffic attempt to pass through the dead end road.
