COOSA VALLEY FAIR CONTINUES THROUGH SATURDAY

The 74th annual Coosa Valley Fair continues through the weekend over at the Coosa Valley Fairgrounds, 1400 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd in Rome. Event hours are 5 pm to 11 pm on Friday and 10 am to midnight on Saturday.

Regular admission to the fair is $10 for those ages six and older. Admission is free of charge to those under the age of six. Carloads will be admitted on Saturday morning from 10 am to 11 am for $10 (no trucks or vans).

Armbands will be available for purchase on Friday evening at the cost of $30 each for unlimited rides until the fair closes. Armbands will cost $35 each on Saturday.

Steve White, 2023 President of the Coosa Valley Fair Association, invites the public to attend the fair this weekend.

Bryan Shealy, CVFA member, enthuses that his favorite things about the fair include the rides, the food, and friends.

The Coosa Valley Fair officially opened on Tuesday and continues through Saturday. The 2023 theme is ‘Fun, Fun, and More Fun!’. More information, including a daily schedule of events, is available at www.coosavalleyfair.com and on the event Facebook page.

The fair is presented each year by the Exchange Club of Rome. Proceeds go back into the community.
