This is week two of early voting in the November 7th general election. Floyd County voters may cast advance in-person ballots at either of two locations – the Elections Office, located at 18 East 12th Street, or the Rome Civic Center, 402 Civic Center Drive – at any time between 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
Early voting will be offered this Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm and this Sunday from 1 pm to 5 pm at the Elections Office.
The last week of early voting, October 30th through November 3rd, will take place at the Elections Office and at the Anthony Recreation Center from 8 am to 5 pm daily.
Election Day voting will be offered on November 7th at all precincts around the county.
And here’s a friendly reminder – NO voting will take place at the county’s Administration Building in downtown Rome.
Registered voters in the City of Rome will cast ballots for three posts each in Wards One and Three of the Rome City Commission in this election. Voters in both the city and Floyd County will determine the fate of the ’23 SPLOST. Cave Spring voters will also elect two members to their City Council.
