This is the last week of early voting in the November 7th general election. Floyd County voters may cast their advance in-person ballots at either of two locations in Rome – the Elections Office, 18 East 12th Street, or the Anthony Recreation Center, 2901 Garden Lakes Boulevard – at any time between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
Here is a friendly reminder from the Elections Office– NO early voting will take place at the county’s Administration Building in downtown Rome.
All of the precincts around the county will be open on Election Day, Tuesday, November 7th, from 7 am until 7 pm.
Registered voters in the City of Rome will cast ballots for three posts each in Wards One and Three of the Rome City Commission in this election. Voters in both the city and Floyd County will determine the fate of the ’23 SPLOST. Cave Spring voters will also elect two members to their City Council.
