RINK AT RIDGE FERRY PARK OPENS TO THE PUBLIC

Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation has officially opened the Rink at Ridge Ferry Park to the public. The ice rink is made possible by a partnership with Atlanta Events Specialists.

Skating season will last at the park until MLK Day on Monday, January 15th, Jim Alred, Recreation Services Manager for Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation, said in a recent WLAQ interview. He added that the ice on the rink is kept cold by chillers and a massive tent – so no worries if it happens to be warm outside.

Admission to skate is $12 for kids 10 and under and $14 for adults, which includes skate rental.
