AARP FOUNDATION TAX-AIDE BEGINS FEBRUARY 3RD

Starting on February 3rd, AARP Foundation Tax-Aide will provide in-person returns at the Floyd County Library, 205 Riverside Parkway, each Saturday from 10:30 am until 4:30 pm and on Mondays from 12 pm until 5 pm, as well as at the Charles Parker Senior Center, 1325 Kingston Road, each Wednesday from 12:30 pm until 4:30 pm. Completed returns will be e-filed.

Appointments can be made by calling (706) 505-3882 (Google Voice) for the library or (706) 509-0355 (Google Voice) for the senior center and leaving a message.

Pick up intake/interview forms (required for appointment) over at the Parker Center and fill out as much information as appropriate. Or visit the library on Saturdays to make face-to-face appointment and pick up intake/interview forms starting on February 10th.

Since 1968, AARP Foundation Tax-Aide has provided free tax help to tax payers of all ages with low to moderate income. Tax-Aide volunteers are trained and IRS-certified.
