April’s observance of Child Abuse Prevention Month was kicked off locally on Monday afternoon with the placement of Pinwheels for Prevention on the lawn of Harbin Clinic Pediatrics Rome. The theme for this year is “Building a Hopeful Future Together”. The Exchange Club Family Resource Center is joined annually by several other community partners for the local observance of CAP Month.
